Zinc Oxide

Zinc oxide offered by us is a widely accepted feed supplement which is required in micro-nutrition and veterinary products. The chemical formula of zinc oxide is ZnO and its physical appearance is fine, free flowing powder without any lumps. It is white and light green in color and is odorless. These rubber zinc oxide are used as activators and for making rubber durable and perfect different types of products.

Applications:

Can be used as activators:
Sulphur cures
Peroxide cures (often)
Sulphurless metallic-oxide cures
Used as cross linking agent for lattices with reactive groups and for CR.
Suitable for following types of rubber-NR, IR, BR, SBR, NBR, IIR, CR, EPDM, CSM.
Also used for transparent goods such as injection caps, condoms, gloves, and lab apparatus
Foe Rubber foam, Highly elastic vulcanizates (spring components)

Zinc Stearate

The zinc stearate offered by us is manufactured by novel precipitation process. This process is developed by our research and development professional having remarkable experience in precipitation and particle size. Our zinc stearate is a unique combination of lightness and melts transparency, which ensures the stability in the product and better dispersion in the base polymer.
